The Holy strawberry plants – bred in Poland. A variety characterised by a traditional, mid-early ripening period. Depending on the weather conditions in a given year, a second fruiting is often observed in the second half of summer.

Origin and Characteristics:

This variety comes from Polish breeding and stands out for its abundant yields, surpassing many standard varieties. The Holy fruits are large, glossy, with excellent flavour and a regular, conical shape. They are also distinguished by their ability to maintain quality after harvest. The bushes of this variety are healthy, grow strongly and are characterised by resistance to various factors, including leaf diseases and soil-borne disorders.

Harvest Maturity and Fruit:

What are FRIGO strawberry plants?

Frigo – this is a technology for producing strawberry plants. The digging of strawberry plants takes place at the end of autumn or the beginning of winter, right after the end of the growing season. Then they are sorted according to their grade, cleaned of old leaves, protected against grey mould and packed into boxes. Frigo strawberry plants are stored in special chambers at a temperature from -1.5°C to –3°C until shipment. Plants stored in such conditions, after removal from the cold room and planting in the soil, grow quickly and after approx. 4–6 weeks produce the first fruits. They are ideal for both beginners and advanced growers.
